S O I L Y H A N D S is a creative studio based in Haarlem, the Netherlands.
The studio is founded by Anne Tholen who has a background in design, art-direction & styling. After she worked as a designer for Scotch & Soda she moved to Budapest and Brazil where she got inspired by different cultures, nature and craftmanship. She followed the study Interior Design in Sao Paulo. Living in the vibrant country as Brazil gave her a different view on the craft of using colors and materials. Working with her hands she created a special workmethod in her designs and visuals.
